We have long-term career property managers who individually care for our clients on a one-on-one basis. Our directors Miguel De Freitas started the business in 2007. It continues to be a wonderful journey which we would like you to be a part of.

To be honest we do not have too many issues in that regard as we ensure from the outset that we only deal with solid suitable tenants. Should life throw up some unfortunate circumstances for our tenants, we would refer to the terms of the lease agreement and work alongside them in the most respectful manner to mitigate any losses that may occur. We work extremely hard on our clients’ behalf to ensure that your management experience is a wonderful one.

We manage many varied commercial entities and accordingly we need to assess each management on its own merits. Our fees are in line with industry standards, and we are only too happy to sit down and discuss your individual requirements.
