Commendable service in both leasing and sales
I have had my rental properties managed by DeFreitas and Ryan for over ten years and have always had good service from the Leasing Department resulting in tenancies occupying the properties without long periods of vacancies when they vacate. The Sales department has always been able to sell my properties at the required sale prices, also resulting in properties not remaining vacant in the interim. I can recommend their services for both leasing and sales.
