Jared Fernandes

Jared has been known to DFR Commercial for a number of years, being the nephew of our Licensee, Miguel De Freitas. At just twenty years of age, Jared made the move from Sydney to Perth to commence his career in commercial real estate and to be mentored by some of the best in the business.
Now with over seven years of experience in the commercial property industry, Jared has developed a strong understanding of the commercial property market and has successfully worked across a broad range of sales and leasing transactions. His experience extends across industrial, warehouse, retail, office and development properties, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the various factors that influence commercial property decisions.
